Project: Wheel of Life
Wheel of Life is the flagship project of ForumGlobal, a pioneering initiative in Bolivia that transforms an urgent environmental problem into a sustainable opportunity. Our goal is to collect and recycle used tires through innovative processes, reducing health risks and generating economic, environmental, and social value.
Every year, thousands of tires are abandoned in landfills, streets, and ravines, becoming breeding grounds for mosquitoes that transmit diseases like dengue fever, as well as causing visual pollution and drain blockages. Faced with this reality, Wheel of Life proposes a circular and responsible solution: the collection, sorting, and recycling of tires using pyrolysis technology, which allows the recovery of valuable materials such as pyrolytic oil, granulated rubber, and recycled steel.
We work in partnership with municipal governments, communities, and independent collectors, promoting local economic development, public health, and the fulfillment of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives.
